The local qualifying competition will not continue beyond the end of the day immediately following the day of the scheduled qualifying round.

If conditions prohibit the completion of the local qualifying round, the qualifying round may be canceled and the two (2) qualifying spots will be filled by LPGA Tour members entered in the qualifying round according to their position on the 2013 LPGA Priority List as of the time of the qualifier.  If fewer than two (2) LPGA Tour members are entered in the local qualifying round, the remaining places will be filled by members of the Symetra Tour according to their position on the 2013 Symetra Tour Categories of Eligibility as of the time of the qualifier.  If the places are still not filled, they will be then filled by the amateur participants entered in the qualifying round.

In the event the competition is canceled without any player having been able to play, all entry fees will be refunded. In the event the competition is canceled after play has begun, all entry fees will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative charge per player.
