Do you love golf AND you’re good at it? Want to play in an LPGA tournament? One high-achieving female amateur golfer will be selected by Manulife for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play with the world’s best female golfers in the Manulife LPGA Classic from June 8 – 11 at Whistle Bear Golf Club in Cambridge, Ontario.
The goal is to award this opportunity to an athlete who has demonstrated consistent high-performance in golf, displays a positive example of active, healthy living and community engagement.
Manulife LPGA Classic Exemption Application:
* The Manulife Ladies Classic Award is in compliance with Golf Canada’s amateur status rules and regulations.
* NCAA athletes may not be eligible to apply. Please work with your NSF and educational institution to inquire about NCAA rules and ensure that if you are selected to receive an exemption, doing so will not jeopardize your NCAA eligibility.
The exemption recipient will be asked to sign a waiver that allows for use of her image and/or likeness in association with competing in the 2017 Manulife LPGA Classic.

Applications must be submitted before MAY 11, 2017. A selection committee comprised of Manulife executives and Manulife LPGA Classic Tournament staff will finalize selections, and contact the designated recipient by MAY 22, 2017.
